As an International Mountain Guide I am very privileged to be able to guide and impart safe movement skills to people in the mountains. Coupled with my passion for photography this creates a wonderful recipe for great photography and a fun and safe outdoor and mountain experience. Summer or winter, UK or abroad the mountain environment is my workplace and playground. I would love the opportunity to take you there with me.
All of my workshops are designed with the photographer and visual creativity in mind. The wonderful mountains of Snowdonia offer some of the most breathtaking scenery in Wales and photographic rewards are always worth the effort put in to achieve them.
Early starts and late finishes are nearly always required to allow sufficient time to get to or from a suitable location. It isn’t always essential to get high to produce quality photography, so I have designed two different workshops. One will go into the higher mountains, the other will stay at lower mountain altitudes and vist some of the classic Snowdonia view points.
The mountains can be fickle places as far as weather goes, so flexibility will be required to get the best out of the prevailing conditions. Fortunately Snowdonia is surrounded by a wonderful coastline and Anglesey is very close. These areas will provide a wealth of beautiful photographic venues if needed.
